During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:
The site plan for your proposed project is acceptable to the City subject to:
The site plan shows the detention pipe material to be CMP; HDPE is preferred.

The plan shows a bend in the storm line within the 10 Avenue right-of-way; bends are not allowed and
o
a Type 1 catch basin is now redlined at that location.
The detention system CBs shall be Type 1L.
o
A sewer cleanout is required within three feet of where the line exits the building.
o
If the existing sewer lateral is to be reused, Public Works must first ascertain the line’s condition prior to
o
hookup.
