During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the changes can
be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to a Permit Coordinator. If you choose,
the alterations to the plans may be made in person by visiting our office. Thank you.
1. Per section 506.4.2 IMC Bullet # 2 Please resubmit plans to indicate the location to the property line is more than
to,.
2. Per section 506.4.2 IMC Bullet # 1 Please revise plans to indicate the location Intake/exhaust is more than 3' away.
3. Per section 506.4.2 IMC Bullet # 5 Please revise plans to indicate the location exhaust is more than 30inches from
the exterior walls.
4. Per Section 306.5 IMC and WASHINGTON STATE AMENDMENTS please provide Permanent access to the
equipment.
5. Provide specifications for hood including manufactor and provide clean copy of structural calculations from Reed
and Associates as the ones provided are illegible.
6. Provide specifications on Smoker.
7. Provide details on how the wall is to be constructed including specifications on "fire Pad"
