Development Code & Engineering standards.
Please place the following conditions of approval on the permit:
A Right of Way permit is required of Verizon for placement of wireless antenna separate from
the SnoPUD permit for pole replacement.
Verizon currently has no wireless cell agreement for the use of the right of way in the City of
Edmonds. An agreement must be negotiated and executed prior to installation.
Approval of the design review phase of the project does not constitute approval of the
improvements as shown on the submitted plans.
