The City is in receipt of your request {dated January 31, 2007 received by the City on
May 11, 2007) to reduce waste slope to 1% for the referenced project. The following
additional information is needed in order for a decision to be made on the request:
• Engineer shall stamp the request
Provide plans specifically detailing which lines are requested to be I% or, state in
your letter that the plans dated 1131107 detail which lines are proposed at I%
slope
What technical difficulties exist for each specific waste line that will prevent a
code minimum 2% slope? Blanket approval shall not be granted for the entire
project.
