The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the above referenced permit applications have
expired as of 7127/08.
If you wish to have your application materials and plans returned please immediately inform our
offices. The application materials and plans will be destroyed 10 days from the date of this letter
on 8112/08. If you have decided to pursue this permit application you shall be required to
submit a complete application and pay new plan review and permit fees.
There is a balance due for the plan review already performed. Under application
BLD2007-0791 you have an overpayment of the plan review fee in the amount of
$117.00 (a credit) and under application BLD2007-0796 you have a balance due of the
plan review fee in the amount of $63,6.00 the credit has been applied towards the balance.

is due immediately to the City, payment must be made prior to or on 8/12108.
