Expiration Date: 10/24/2010
Dear Mr. Holt:
According to Building Division records, the above referenced pen-nit(s) will expire on
October 24, 2010.
In order for this permit to be eligible for renewal for a third and final year the following
must occur prior to October24, 2010:
1. A Demolition permit must be issued to remove the existing structure,
2. The existing structure must be demolished after the demolition permit is issued
and all required inspections performed,
3. At least one building inspection must be performed on the new single family
permit (BLD2007-1100); a minimum of a forded footing inspection, and
4. Renewal fees in the amount of $1,560.00 must be paid.
Please Note: Building permit fees and time frames are established by the Edmonds
Community Development Code and cannot be waived by the Building Official. If you do
not receive your final or do not renew your permit prior to the expiration date, all fees
and a new permit application are required. If you have decided to cancel this project,
please notify us in writing so that we may close out this file.
