Your plans were reviewed under the 2009 IFC and the ECDC. The following need additional
information to complete the review.
1) What is a Jewelry Welder? Please include manufacture specs.
2) You show an exhaust hood in the casting area. How will it be vented, what are the CFM’s and
what its purpose is?
3) Show sizes (listed in cubic feet) and number of the Oxygen bottles. Will you be piping the gas to
work stations?
4) What type of flammable gas will you be using in the work area and how will it be delivered
5) List any other heat producing devices or appliances in the work area.
