Bedroom G will be used as caregiver sleeping room. Main level bedrooms shall be for family residence only. Patients/clients are off limits upstairs. 2. Hardware to be used shall be lever type door knob with privacy lock openable from outside. All closet inside AFH bedrooms shall be no lock at all with handle installed inside to make sure patient can easily open the door to get out. This condition can be verified and checked during site inspection. 3. Fire extinguisher locations are noted on plan NA A-1. PLAN COMMENTS 4. Relocated SD/CO is noted on plan NA A -l. 5. SD/CO and CO shall be installed in accordance with IRC314 6. Grab bars shall be installed in accordance with IRC 325.8 and can be verified during inspection. 7. Ramp/handrails shall be installed in compliance with WA State amended IRC325.9. 8. Framing plan is addressed on plan NA A-1. 9. Exhaust fan for bathrooms and laundry were noted on plan NA A-1. 10. This dead is space was drawn by mistake and corrected accordingly as shown on plan NA A-1. 11. The door for Furnace is shown on plan NA A-1. Additional Information/Requirements Needed 12. Second floor plan was drawn and specified on plan NA A-3. a. Roof framing — existing per field investigation b. Upper floor plan — measured per actual condition c. Upper Floor framing pian. This is an existing condition that can only be determined by tearing the basement ceiling cover. e. Ramp foundation/footing plan is shown on plan NA A-1. 11 Foundation, footing and wall detail are shown on plan NA A-1 for existing garage in fill wall. 14. Garage wall that will be converted into living space with 2x4 studs shall be furred with 2x2 to receive R21 batt insulation. Also saw cut slab to accommodate perimeter floor insulation R10(2" thick rigid insulation). Attic should be insulated with R49 either blow in or batt faced insulation. 15. New window details is shown on plans NA A-1. Existing window will be filled in and 48" wide shall be opened for new window with detail as shown on plans.
