As requested, an ESNW rep was on site to collect a ompaction test and a proctor sample of the stormwater line that
was backfilled previously.
The contractor had installed a stormwater line, backfilled, compacted, and placed a cold patch over the backfill prior
to arrival. Upon arrival, the contractor removed a portion of the cold patch so ESNW rep could collect a compaction
test and a soil sample. A compaction test was collected, then a soil sample of 1 1/4 inch minus crushed rock for
proctor analysis. The compaction result will be available once the proctor is complete.
ESNW will return when requested.

indicated adequate compaction of 95% of the modified proctor at the location tested. Please see the drawing above
