The City has determined that the application meets the procedural submission requirements and therefore is complete. Please accept this letter as the City's notice to applicant of determination of completeness pursuant to ECDC 20.02.003. While the application is procedurally complete, additional information and clarifications are needed for continued review of the application. Please respond to the following so review of this application can proceed: 1. Lot Width: The minimum lot width in the RS -6 zone is 60 feet. While each of the proposed lots has at least one line segment that is 60 feet wide, with the jog in the middle of the lots it is difficult to determine if the lots meet the minimum width requirement. Please show lot width circles with a 60 -foot diameter so it can be determined if the proposed lots meet the minimum lot width requirement. 2. File Number: Please reference file number PLN20140039 on all the short plat documents 3. City Approval Blocks: Please revise the City of approval blocks to state following: a. "The survey date, layout of streets, alleys and other rights-of-way, design of bridges, sewage and water system and other structures are approved, and the subject final short plat is authorized for recording by the City of Edmonds Engineering Division Y: b. "The subject final short plat conforms to the approved preliminary short plat and all conditions of the preliminary approval and is approved and authorized for recording by the City of Edmonds Planning Division by: 4.
