Please ask the applicant to revise and resubmit plans addressing each of the comments below. StormwaterDrainage: 1.Please provide a stormwater drainage plan showing the entire property. Current plans show details of sections. 2.Please provide impervious surface calculations. 3.Submitted plans do not call out total new impervious surface, however since the new impervious surface will exceed 5000 sf and the site is less than an acre is size, the project would be classified as a Category 2 Small Site Project (Supplement 5.0). The Stormwater Site Plan shall include the submittal requirements in the handouts E72, E72A and or E72B, as well as reflect the Category 2 requirements of the Stormwater Supplement Chapter 5.0 for Small Sites. 4.The subject property falls within the Edmonds Way Direct Discharge Basin. Engineering Inspection shall be necessary to make a determination. Also add the vertical curb/gutter standard detail (E2.10) to the plans. 10.Show 2’ sawcut requirement around proposed access on Edmonds Way. 11.Street trees shall be located in the 4 foot landscape strip, spaced at 40 feet on center. Tree cutouts shall be 3’ x 3’, placed at the curb side and have approved ADA grates. Please show location of trees along frontage. Water and Sewer 12.All requirements for water and sewer shall be reviewed and approved byOlympic View Water Sewer District.
