There was a mistake on the datum point noted on the PDF file A1.1 sent this morning. It should have
read *98.62* matching the updated datum point as shown on the attached provided by the surveyor.
I can assure you that Jeff will reply to this email agreeing to the changes noted above as soon as he
has access to his email.
