STOP WORK UNTIL AUTHORIZED TO CONTINUE BY CITY INSPECTOR
1.The driveway was approved for a 20’wide approach.Remove any portions of the driveway
approach that extend beyond the 20’.
2.The driveway may widen once on private property; however, there must be a minimum of 5’
betweentheproperty lineandthe driveway. This 5’area must be landscaped. This is to prevent
vehicles from driving over this area.
3.No portion of the driveway can exceeda 14% slope. Currently it appears that the south west
portion of concrete exceeds 14% so this area of the drivewaywill need to be replaced to meet
the slope and distance requirements outlined above.
4.Any landscape areas adjacent to the right-of-waycannot begreater than a 2 to 1 slope. Please
revise as needed.
