Corrective actions for Lewis unpermitted tree cutting complete (BLD20150148)
The corrective actions for the above -referenced NOV have been completed. The full penalty of
$6,900 was paid on September 24, 2015. The two vine maple replacement trees were installed
on or about October 12, 2015. The vine maples will be monitored and maintained in
accordance with the associated critical area report by Wetlands & Wildlife dated March 24,
2015.
