The information provided is consistent with Title 18 Edmonds Community Development Code & Engineering standards. The City has various utilities within and through the rights-of-way being vacated as well as through the surrounding playfield. It is unnecessary for the city to reserve an easement for such utilities when the city is the fee-owner of the abutting property and when the vacation will result in the city continuing to have the right to maintain utilities within thesubject property.
