Sure thing. All we need is the signature of Anne/Kent Ramsden and then a few
questions on the back were unanswered (file CRA-2008-0061). Just mail/email/fax
it back in, to my attention, when it’s complete and I’ll do my site visit and
make the determination at that time.

Hi Wendy,
I have received the Critical Areas Checklist that you submitted for Anne &
Kent Ramsden at 22220 92nd Avenue West (File CRA20080061). One thing… I need
their signature to venture onto the property in order to look for critical
areas. Would it be possible for them to come down and sign the copy you
submitted, or do you want to replace the one I have with a new one that
includes their signatures? I’ve provided the link for the blank form, just in
