During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:
1.Please provide a detail for the proposed rockery, including where and how it is to drain.
2.Measured from the roofing and site plans, impervious surface is 5287 s.f. The detention system must be
designed and stamped by a licensed professional engineer, with supporting calculations provided.
3.Engineering notes the driveway paving material has not been specified; be advised that the driveway
access from the edge of the road traveled way must be asphalt for twenty feet or to the property line,
whichever is greater.
4.The locations of the existing utilities (water, sewer, storm, etc.) do not appear on the site plan. Please
include them.
5.Indicate proposed location of sewer lateral from main to stub.
6.Indicate proposed storm connection from the above-required detention system to city storm line. Please
include invert elevations.
Please resubmit three copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator.
