During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:
1.Standard access driveway widths for the City of Edmonds is 12 feet minimum. Please change the drawing
to reflect this.
2.Engineering notes that a driveway of the minimum width will bring the impervious surface total to above
5000 sf; The denention system must again be designed and stamped by a licensed professional engineer,
with supporting calculations provided. Note: the standard detention worksheet will not be acceptable for
this purpose.
3.Indicate proposed storm connection from the above-required detention system to city storm line. Please
include detention CB type and invert elevations on the site plan.
Please resubmit three copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator.
