During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:
1. Show the point of connection for the house TL system to the detention system.
2. The footing drains shall connect to the outfall of the detention system, but still on private property. Label
the footing drain connection.
3. The detention pipe is shown to be constructed against the foundation of the house. There must be a
minimum 10' separation. Adjust the location of the detention system accordingly.
4. There is not sufficient cover over the detention pipe as proposed. At the C13 in the driveway, the invert of
the 18" pipe is 97 and the PFM of the C33 is proposed at 99. This only provides for 0.5' of cover- In
landscape areas there shall be a minimum of 1' of cover and in driveways and/or areas of vehicular travel
there must be a minimum of 2'.
5. The invert elevations of the inlet and outlet of the detention control structure shall be the same.
6. CMP is not an allowable pipe material for the storm run proposed crossing the 17411/ Street right-of-way.
Also, this run of pipe shall be 12" not 8". If 2' of cover cannot be maintained., ductile iron pipe will be
required.
7. Show the location of the water service line from the meter to the house.
