Dear Proprietor,
The City received a complaint regarding the total square footage and height of your
freestanding temporary sign on the south side of the building. The temporary, on-
premises sign code (enclosed) limits freestanding temporary signs to a maximum area of
6 square feet, and 3 feet in height. The sign does exceed these two maximums.
Please find enclosed a copy of the Edmonds sign code pertaining to On-Premises
Temporary Signs. The sections that would relate to the freestanding temporary sign at
your premises/zone are highlighted.
Please reduce the height and square footage of your freestanding temporary sign to the
maximum limits noted above at your earliest convenience by August 4, 2006.
