The proposed site plan shows a trash enclosure inside the newly configured garden area. Current
waste collection for all the property’s accounts consists of several containers that are located at
or near the existing loading dock. The collection trucks back into this area to service these
containers.
The addition of a stairway and closing off this area with a fence and gate eliminates this scenario.
Comments from the waste hauler include questions on expectations of pushing containers
upgrade from the enclosure (likely too small in size) through the gate to the trucks. This is
unacceptable as an option. Please indicate or explain the collection scenario for this building.
