During review of the civil drawings for the proposed subdivision it was found that the following
information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed. Please resubmit 3 copies of the
revised civil drawings and associated documents with a written response to each item to an Engineering
Technician. Please contact me at 425-771-0220 or by e-mail at sibrel@ci.edmonds.wa.us if you have
specific questions regarding these plan corrections.
1.Please submit plans regarding the rain harvesting proposal per the Building Department’s comments.
2.Note that the mature height of landscaping within 10 feet of the right-of-way shall not exceed three feet.
Please verify this with your proposed plantings.
3.Within 30 feet of the intersection of Edmonds Way and 100 Avenue W, ensure that there is adequate
sight distance per the MUTCD, and note the requirements and distances on the plans.
