Sorry, | did not receive your email.
I double checked to make sure the street vacation was included in the lot coverage calculation, and the lot area I
used inmycalculations did take into account the street vacation. Soasthe site iscurrently developed, the
existing structures already exceed the 35% lot coverage allowed by the RS -6 zone and no structures could be
added that would expand the lot coverage.
