Email Confirming Lot of Record.pdf From:Machuga, Jen To:"Steve Barnes" Cc:rick and nancy neuman Subject:RE: Plan Review Comments on Neuman Residence (BLD20150224) Date:Tuesday, May 05, 2015 11:55:54 AM Hi Steve, I have reviewed the warranty deed from 1946 and confirmed that is provides sufficient evidence that the subject site is a lot of record as defined within Ordinance No. 3982 since the parcel was created by deed prior to July 3, 1956 and since the legal description of the parcel in the 1946 warranty deed (AFN 822532) matches the legal description within the 2014 deed of trust from when the Neumans purchased the property (AFN 201412290798). I will add the 1946 warranty deed to the building permit application file. I look forward to receiving your resubmittal addressing all other remaining comments.
