As you are aware, your short plat (File No. PLN20070004) was recorded with Snohomish County on
June 5, 2015 under AFN 201506055003. I am attaching a copy of the recorded short plat for your
records. The County’s recording fee was $143.50 (see attached receipt). In addition, the City
charges a $90 surcharge for conducting the recording. Thus, the total due for the recording is
$233.50. Please submit payment at your earliest convenience so that we can close out the file.
