Your short plat (File No. PLN20140022) was recorded with Snohomish County this morning under AFN 201512075001. 1
am attaching a copy of the recorded short plat for your records. The County's recording fee was $161.50 (see attached
receipt). In addition, the City charges a $90 surcharge for conducting the recording. Thus, the total due for the
recording is $251.50.
Please submit payment of the $251.50 fee at your earliest convenience so that we can close out the file. You are
welcome to mail a check to my attention or to call the permit center reception desk (425.771.0220) with a credit card
number. Just be sure to reference the file number (PLN20140022) so that we can make sure to apply the payment to
the correct project.
