I wanted to let you know that I am unable to complete the Planning Division’s review of your August

8 resubmittal for the McGillivray building permit application at 20508 85 Pl. W (BLD20140522)
until the revised building plans are also received. As a reminder, please be sure to indicate the
elevations of the average original grade, maximum allowed height, and proposed height (as related
to the datum point) on the building elevation views. Also, your response letter indicates that you
are no longer proposing to cover the patio, so the patio cover will need to be removed from all
applicable building plan sheets.
In taking a quick look at your revised site plan, I noticed that the elevation of the proposed addition
was not indicated as requested. You may redline this information on the site plan when you bring in
the building plans for resubmittal.
