Thank you for researching the Syd Locke file. I did not find any reference to the fence in the
documents, except to state that it needs to be replaced. Therefore, I believe we have the only surviving
documentation of where the original fence was located and its length. I have attached it to this email,
and I believe it is part of an early submittal for the new driveway, curb cut and an earlier garage version.
There is no reason to believe the diagrammed fence location would be incorrect. It does not have
dimensions but can easily be referenced to the adjacent existing transformer that is remaining on the
WSDOT property. We will proceed with plans for WSDOT standards for the replacement at that location
along the property line.
