During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please submit revised plans/documents including a written
response to each item below.
Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall.
Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon.

Development.

2) 6/15/18 — Comment was addressed; however, the surface water runoff from the pool
must discharge to the onsite stormwater management system. The Site Plan proposed
to sheet flow the surface water runoff to the ground; however, it cannot be guaranteed
that the runoff will reach the storm system; therefore, the surface water runoff from
the pool decking shall be directly connected to the stormwater management system.
Please revise the plans accordingly (make sure to include invert elevations (so that pipe
slope and cover can be verified), pipe material, and size).
5/3/18 Comment: It appears that there was a conversation that the surface water runoff from
the decking of the pool was to discharge to the stormwater facility. Please show this on the
plans.
