3.4/7/08 - Is there an existing drainage easement along the north property line?
6/2/08 - A new drainage easement has been recorded against the property, but the proposed

building encroaches into the easement area. The easement area must be reduced or the
building location revised accordingly.
7/10/08 - Please clarify the response comment: The easement in question is a side

sewer easement recorded for the purpose of sewer drainage for the new proposed
building that was to drain to the north . . .
The easement I am referring to was recorded in 2008 under AFN 200804090363. The
plans show 12 HDPE storm pipe proposed within this easement. That portion of the
existing storm pipe, serving as the storm drainage system for the property to the north,
is to be abandoned where it runs under the proposed building. The storm system is to

be re-routed through this new drainage easement. It does not appear to me as though
this easement can be relinquished. Please respond to my comment of 6/2/08.

the lane closures that will be required for the sewer crossing.
