This letter is a follow up to the City's May 3, 2010 letter regarding the inspection of your fence.
You were informed that upon inspection by the Engineering Division, the modifications to your
fence did not adequately address the sight distance hazard.
The Engineering Division offered two options; submit a revised site plan showing further
modifications to meet the remaining site distance issue, or move the fence so it falls outside the
parameters of City regulation. The City has not received a revised plan or a request to reinspect.
Please comply with the City requirements prior to July 21't to avoid referral to Code
Enforcement and assessment of fines.
