The following corrections were noted during the site inspection performed yesterday. Please complete corrections and
recall for final engineering inspection:
Install inlet & outlet tees in oil/water separator or obtain engineer of record approval to omit.
Install 3 hour parking sign on Dayton Street once bus stop is in effect on 5th Ave S.
Install bench and garbage container at bus stop.
Install bus stop sign on 5th Ave S.
Paint curb yellow 5' on each side of the driveway entrance on Dayton Street.
Paint additional parking area on 5th Ave S, south of the Bank of WA driveway, as discussed on site.
Black out parking staI1 white stripe running perpendicular to the curb, currently designating 15 min. parking space on
Ave S, south of the Bank of WA driveway.
Remove grey and yellow paint from the curb located west of the Bank of WA drive on Dayton Street,
Move stop sign on 5th & Dayton (for east bound traffic) to a location Just west of the tree.
As there was discussions regarding the 15 min. parking sign on 5th Ave S, south of the Bank of WA drive, I wanted you to
be aware that a work order will put through to the City Public Works Dept. to relocate the 15 min. parking signage. Wilcox
Construction will not be responsible to perform this work.
