Engineering has reviewed the subject application and found the following
corrections, or clarifications are needed.
Please ask the applicant to revise and resubmit plans
addressing each of the comments below.
1)Please show the right-of-way line.
a.If the trees are within the right-of-way they will need tofollow the tree removal
policy (attached).
2)Obtain a right-of-way permit if the trees are within the right-of-way or if any
equipment or construction vehicles or any debris from the tree will be within the right-
of-way.
a.If the removal of the trees are located on private property and all vehicles, tree
debris, and equipmentare able to stay completely on private property,aright-
of-way propertywill not be required.
b.If the landscape that is being modifiedis partiallyin the right-of-way, but will
be completed withhand tools,a right-of-way permitwill not be required.
3)Please also let them know that any damage to the right-of-way during the landscape
modification will be required to be fixed prior to final approval.
