This Permit allows for extended use of time restricted -three hour parking spaces. Issuance of this permit does allow for parking in
areas with yellow painted curbing, ADA accessible spaces, fire lanes, or any location deemed unsafe or unsuitable by the Traffic
Engineer or Police Department.
1. The City will not be responsible for reserving spaces for your use. You may place signs on the sidewalk (maintaining a minimum
of44"clear travel area forpedestrians) up to 72 hours in advance ofthe time you will be using the parking spaces, noting the date
and times the spots will be in use. In addition, the City will not be responsible for enforcement or removal ofvehicles orfor any
costs related thereto.
2. You may place cones to reserve the spots any time after 12:01 a.m. on the day you will be using the spaces.
3. You or your agent are not authorized to tow vehicles that encroach upon the reserved parking spaces.
4. The maximum allowable on -street parking use shall be eight hours. The hours ofuse may be between 6.00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m
5. A maximum ofthree parking spaces (sixty lineal feet) may be reserved.
