In accordance with the Edmonds Community Development Code 5.3 0.120 C 1, an
administrative variance is approved for the unplanned emergency work to replace the
main feeder at the intersection of 5`l' Ave. S. and Dayton Street.
The work shall commence between the hours of 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., beginning May 11.
A right-of-way construction permit, #eng2007O264, has been issued for this work. All
conditions as set forth in the permit shall be followed.
