During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.us under City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1)Submit a traffic control plan that shows intersections in the vicinity of the work area. This traffic
control plan needs to be specific for this location due to intersections and topography of this area.
2)Please revise a site plan showing limits of paving, locations and size of trenches, and a description
of the work to be done.
The Engineering Division will continue review of the right of way application once the 3 copies of the site
plan has been received.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised traffic control plans and associated documents with a written
response to each item to an Engineering Technician. Please contact me at 425-771-0220 ext 1321 or by e-
