During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.us under City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1)We have received a traffic control plan showing the work to be done at 24220 Firdale Ave is in the
shoulder of the right of way of Firdale Ave. However, the shoulder is not wide enough for a
vehicle to be placed without encroachment into the southbound lane. Please resubmit a traffic
control plan showing the encroachment into the southbound lane with the southbound traffic
routed into the middle turn lane maintaining a 10’ lane for both south and northbound lanes.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised traffic control plans and associated documents with a written
