Please confirm that the area in which you intend to work is not located on a slope. If any work is to take
place on the slope please provide:
A cross section of the new and existing pipe within the slope.
1)Please show where the work vehicles will be located and how the work area will be accessed.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised traffic control plans and associated documents with a written
