During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.us under City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1.We are unable to approve the relocation of a bus stop.
a.Please note on plans that construction / relocation of the bus stop will be coordinated
with community transit.
b.Please revise site plan showing where the approved (by community transit) temporary
location will be for the bus stop and add additional no parking signs as required.
2.On the traffic control plan you show that there is a lane shift; however, your signage states that
the shoulder will be closed.
a.Please revise site plan to show either a lane shift or that the shoulder will be closed.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised traffic control plans and associated documents with a written
