During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:
1. The City of Edmonds Ordinance 3617 (Clearwire Franchise Agreement) Section 19 states that
“Before undertaking any of the work…..authorized by this Right of Way Use Permit,
street repair bond
the Permittee shall furnish a … written by a corporate surety acceptable
to the City equal to at least 125% of the estimated cost of restoring the Public Ways of
the City to the pre-construction condition..”
Please submit a copy of the street repair bond.
2. Please submit intended construction dates for use in determining right of way use compensation.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
