1.Please show edge of pavement and edge or right of way on plans.
2.Please show location and size of cuts on the plans. Due to the number of cuts proposed it is
anticipated that a ½ width grind and overlay will be required.
3.Please show on the plans the location of the speed bump. Please note that if the speed bump is
damaged during construction that it will need to be repaired/replaced per City Standard Detail
E3.3.
4.Please add to construction note #6 or add additional note stating;
“If additional cuts are required beyond what is shown on the approved plans, the city must be
notified and revised plans submitted for review and approval.”

5.Please show all existing city utilities on 215 St SW and 73 PL W.
6.Please state on plans that Filter socks shall be installed in all catch basins downstream of
construction areas per City Standard Detail E1.3.
