During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.us under City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1.Please revise the Traffic Control Plan / Site Plan to include the following:
a.Edge of pavement
b.Edge of Right-of-Way
c.Approximate size of all cuts
d.Note on plans if boring or trenching
e.Show the locations of all the city utilities so that separation can be verified. Sewer and
thth
water exist the full length of 78 PL W. There is some storm at the north end of 78.
f.Add a note on the plans that state ‘Access to driveways and entrances will be maintained.’
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised traffic control plans and associated documents with a written
