During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or

1.Please revise the Traffic Control Plan / Site Plan to include the following:

c.8/17/10 Comment was not addressed – Depending on the number of cuts within the paved
portion of the asphalt and the frequency of those cuts a ½ width overlay may be required.
Please clearly show the location and approximate size of all cuts.

d.8/17/10 Comment was not addressed– It is unclear as to if you are trenching or boring.
Depending on the number of cuts or lengths of open trench within the paved portion of the
right-of-way a ½ width overlay may be required. Please clearly show what is being bored
and what is being open trenched.

e.8/17/10 Comment was partially addressed – It appears that the Storm, Sewer, and Water
utilities were added to the plan; however, it is unreadable. Please revise plans to clearly
show all city utilities (including the force line on Talbot Rd).
5/4/10 Comment: Show the locations of all the city utilities so that separation can be verified.
Storm, sewer, and water all exist within the proposed area of construction. A force line also
exists on Talbot Rd.

5/4/10 Comment: The gas main should remain on one side of the road; however, the proposed gas main

shows the line on the south portion of 171 ST SW for some distance and then crosses the centerline of
st
the street and continues east on the north side of 171 ST SW. Please revise the plans to show the
st
proposed gas main on the south side of 171 St SW.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised traffic control plans and associated documents with a written
