During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.us under City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
It is unclear what work you are performing and how that work will effect the city utilities. Therefore, we
are considering this application incomplete and will continue the review once the following items below
have been addressed.
1.Please provide a complete description of the work being performed.
2.Please provide a description of how the sepearation will be achieved.
3.Please provide a cross section detail showing effected utilities and separation.
4.Please show all the city utilities and note approximate separation from the city utilities and the gas
main.
5.Please add a note to the plans that if a thrust block is exposed contact the City of Edmonds.
6.Please add a note to the plans that the City of Edmonds must complete an inspection of the trench
prior to backfill.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised traffic control plans and associated documents with a written
