During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.usunder City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
Please revise site plan to show the following:

1.The Storm Drain (SD) is shown to be the full lengthof 86Ave W; however, the City of Edmonds
th
storm does not run the length of 86Ave W. Please revise plans accordingly.
2.Please revise the Site Plan to include ALLof the following on one plan:
a.Edge of pavement
b.Edge of Right-of-Way

c.Please show the sewer main within 86Ave W on the plans.
d.Please show and note on plans that a 5’ sepearation between the proposed relocation of the
gas main and the water and sewer main can be maintained.
e.Add a note on the plans that state ‘Access to driveways and entrances will be maintained.’
f.Please note onplans that if the number of cuts proposed occurs within the paved portion of

86Ave W, a ½width, 2” grind an overlay may be required.
3.Please note on plans if there are any trees that will be within the area of construction. Please note
on plans that approval from the city must be obtained prior to any disturbance of trees within the
right-of-way.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised traffic control plansand associated documents with a written
