Please revise site plan to show the following:
1.3/2/11 –Comment was partially addressed. The city storm system does come off of Bowdoin Way

onto 86Ave W for a short run. There may be some conflict with the proposed new gas main
location and the existing city storm system. Please show the city storm line as it exists and verify
the utility separation.

1/11/11 Comment: The Storm Drain (SD) is shown to be the full lengthof 86Ave W; however, the

City of Edmonds storm does not run the length of 86Ave W. Please revise plans accordingly.
2.Please revise the Site Plan to include ALLof the following on one plan:
