During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.usunder City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:

1.The road accessed off of 86Ave W is a private road. Please distinguish between private utilities
and public utilities. Revise plans accordingly.
2.Please provide the following on either the Traffic Control Planor Site Plan:
a.Edge of pavement
b.Edge of Right-of-way
c.Approximate size and locations of all cuts
d.Note on plans if boring or trenching

e.Show the locations of all the city utilities. Storm, sewer, and water all exist within 86Ave
W.
f.Please show that a 5’ separation can be maintained from city utilities.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised traffic control orsite plansand associated documents with a
