1.3/14/11 -Comment was partially addressed. Please note on the plans that the utilities within the
private drive are services from the city mains and are privately owned. Please show the water
service line and side sewer connected the the mains.

1/11/11 Comment: The road accessed off of 86Ave W is a private road. Please distinguish between
private utilities and public utilities. Revise plans accordingly.
2.Please provide the following on either the Traffic Control Planor Site Plan:

noted along the private drive. The edge of Right-of-Way does not extend into the private

the city Storm system as well.
1/11/11 Comment: Please show that a 5’ separation can be maintained from city utilities.
