Good morning Elliot,
I've looked over the ROW permit application and before I can issue the permit I will need you to provide a legible
site plan showing the limits of the sidewalk, utilities and proposed boring location within the sidewalk. The
sidewalk closure plan shows the utility crossings, but this plan view is too zoomed out to gain an understanding
on where the new electrical/conduit and pedestal/vault will be located.
Please revise and resubmit.
