Please provide traffic control plans andshow the followingon either the Traffic Control Plan or the Site
Plan:
1.Right of way lines
2.Sidewalks, curb/gutter
3.Size and location of trenchand/or bore pits
4.Location of where boring is to take place
5.Appropriate traffic control and signage
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised traffic controlplansand associated documents with a written
